As Quantity Surveyors we are recognised professionals within the construction industry with extensive expertise and general knowledge of business and industry practices. Therefore, we can provide consultancy on initial feasibility studies on desired projects to identify the financial viability of the project, any key issues surrounding legal matters and finding and advising on the best and effective solutions so our client’s visions can be realised.

Supply Chain Selection
Optimal Surveying Solutions is a registered client of the Contractors & Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) with privileged access to an extensive supply chain management network to ensure that the supply chain selected for any tendering purposes complies with the highest of health and safety standards.

Advising clients on project budgets and preparing cost control methods to enable clients to anticipate and control their current and future financial project commitments with the overall aim of limiting project expenditure.
Valuation of Works
Providing clients with an essential cost management function, through detailed valuations of works completed at various stages of the project. By assessing/preparing monthly interim valuations, remeasuring completed works, agreeing contract variations per the terms and specification of the contract, and progressing the application to ensure the full- and on-time payment for all works completed.
Final Account Consultancy
Providing for our clients detailed and accurate final account scenarios for main contractors and sub-contractors. To maximise our client’s final position on a project through assessing variations, provisional sums, daywork, etc. Compiling all of the information into a clear and user-friendly final account submission.

Providing a full range of quantity surveying services to the general public concerning refurbishments, renovations, or house extensions. If you wish to establish a realistic budget for your project and prevent unnecessary budget cost overruns then our quantity surveying service package will provide you with budget estimates, advice on construction methods and materials, Subcontractor selection, negotiation with Contractors, agreeing and paying contractors on time and monitor budget costs throughout the project.
